It will be a mighty tall task; but then again ... We Are The Mighty Quakers !!!

We have big play capabilities on offense and special teams; but obviously we will need a herculean effort on defense.

Go Quakers !!!!!!!!

The Quakers run a spread offense; have some real speed at wide-out and have a Tim Tebow type QB who has run for about 1100 yards and thrown for about 2,000; he would just as soon run over you as around you. Twice in the last 3 weeks he has led the team over 80 yards downfield in the final 1:30 with NO timeouts to win or force OT, as happened last week in the ot win at Granville (a team that had trailed for only 90 seconds all season). They go 4-3 on defense and have been improving on that side as the season progressed. All in all though a pretty young team with a number of soph's starting. Obviously they have their hands full but they have made an enormous turnaround under a great new coaching staff after going 0-10 last year.

salem is just happy to be where they are. big red wont let up once they get a big laed like they did last week. macon has to see his open recievers down the field. if he would have seen them last week against marlington..the score would have been nowhere near what it was. salem will not know what hit them. roll red roll haha

I'm thinking that way. Good luck to the Quakers, but you really have your work cut out for you. There are cracks in the Mighty Big Red this year.

I watched his highlight film and he looks to be the real deal. However i think that Big Red's defensive speed will be able to slow him down

If Big Red can shore up (tweak) the pass D, they'll be alright.

Do you have to be a graduate of BR to say RRR? lol

Ahhh nice to be free :)

I think Salem will come to play but by half the wind will be out of their sails. They might start off well because of an emotional high but the Red's D will keep them in check & if one of their followers is questioning their D's ability that right there tells me it won't take long for Big Red's dominance to shine through.

Big Red platoons 5 running backs, has a running QB that throws well & receivers to beat you deep or find soft spots in a zone to settle in with good hands.

The Red in a rout
RRR Thank God for a free site - #6639 posts on JJ + 1 here is post #6640 :)
