The winner of this game will be playing at Canton Central Catholic against the winner of the Ursuline-Cuyahoga Heights game.

I don't think people are trying to run down Johnstown by any means, I am with the others though that I doubt the visitors side will be able to seat all of the Wood supporters at the game. People will be coming out of the Woodwork for this one. And I'm sure the people at Johnstown will do an excellent job at the game. And as far as the band goes...I'll be taking the Wood in this one too haha.
Bring a blanket and sit on the hillside.

Hopefully the officials are not from the WOOD. Fredericktown will not get a fair shake if they are, have seen it firsthand on numerous occasions.

I don't think I'll be needing a blanket for the game, I plan on getting there pretty early so I have spot in the stands but thanks for the idea. And yes visa the WOOD controlls the refs. I heard the Wood chain gang will be the officals for the game. So the calls should really be slanted toward the Wood in this one.

I work in Mt Vernon and there's a good amount of Fredericktown people there. They are really excited about their team, have been all year. There is also a coworker that just started that is a Ridgewood fan that I talk high school football with. I was on the fence about this game last Saturday night. After reading all of the whinning from the Ridgewood poster it's made me jump over to the Freddies side of the yard. My God your team is driving 40 minutes farther to the game and you guys act like they're cutting your right arm off. Next week if the Freddies win their huddlers will be talking about the upcoming game. If Ridgewood win I'm sure all we'll be hearing is whinning about the game location.

Good luck to all of the players and coaches.

Yeah, got those officials all lined up and ready to go!! That's why we "told" them to call back that touchdown...so we could mess with the Vern's heads. Had they not called the touchdown back, (I didn't see a foul, but there you go!) those 2 points that are being thrown up on every thread would not have made much difference! He was out.....

Did the Wood's administration order the officials from 07 and 09 IVC championship rings, shirts or some sort of memorilbilia?

xnds1fan - The fans are a little peeved about the drive yeah, but I believe the bigger complaint is the facility itself. Not very condusive to a regional final, fact of the matter, not very good at all. Go ahead and jump on the Freddies side, not a big deal. Hell, maybe you could even buddy up with Junior and Visaboy and root for Malvern too. Either or, just don't be rooting for the Wood next when they win.

You come on a forum and are upset people are complaining about the site of the game?? Thats what makes these sites go- people complaining. And then you get on and complain about people complaining about the site and it continues..... And I think the site is terrible and if ridgewood wins and gets sent to another inferior place they should complain again next week!!!

Not really sure what the hell memorIlbilia is, but if you're referring to memorAbilia maybe, then yeah absolutely we did, duh. And you're suppose to be be an educator? Hopefully not in english then, YIKES.

I heard the lockerooms are not big enough for Johnstown during the regular season, cant imagine what the visitors lockeroom is like. Seating is an issue, period. Other than that no complaints.

Also, difficult to get to because of the construction taking place. But other than that, it should be a nice venue.

OH GOD NO, whatever will we do without your support for this game. We were so much counting on it. Darn. I may as well stay home now. No sense going now, can't win without xnds1fan's support. And by the way "whinning" is spelled "whining"
