Why don't people just wait and see how Johnstown does hosting their first playoff game before you criticize them. I can tell by looking at every aerial picture posted that none are accurate or current, so I would quit looking (the band photos are the closest you'll get to what it looks like anyway). Parking isn't any worse here than it is an any other D5 school (and even some larger schools for that matter), and I have been to all sorts of football games over the years. Do you folks realize that even though the school does make money it takes a lot of VOLUNTEERS to run something like this and our team isn't even in it!!! How do you think the Johnstown players feel that Fredericktown is playing in week 13 on their home side instead of them??? People always complain about the new visitors stands, but I am yet to see them totally full and I have been to every home game to witness it. Also, Johnstown's band has around 170 kids in it. From what I know, neither Ridgewood or Fredericktown has a band even close to that size. If need be, they could easily put fans in the end zone band bleacher seating. Relax people and be grateful your team is playing this week. Hope everyone has a safe ride down and enjoy the game!

Well we may not have 170 in our band but I'll put it up against any band. Size isn't everything. Tell Tom Howdy!!!!!

G_Callen Sorry, but you were missing my point. I meant that Johnstown's band section at the end zone has plenty of additional seating, if needed. Had nothing to do with comparing quality of bands.

He is a man of courage who does not run away, but remains at his post and fights against the enemy. Socrates

This week the enemy is Fredericktown, play hard every play as you have done all year and you will be winners!

GO GENERALS!!!!

Lol, you guys are arguing about the freakin' bands. :D That's some funny stuff.

For those of you who have never been to Johnstown, there is plenty of seating and parking. The good people of Johnstown will make sure you have a good time.

There is no better place to play then in the corn fields at the VALLEY! I don't think people are trying to run down Johnstown by any means, I am with the others though that I doubt the visitors side will be able to seat all of the Wood supporters at the game. People will be coming out of the Woodwork for this one. And I'm sure the people at Johnstown will do an excellent job at the game. And as far as the band goes...I'll be taking the Wood in this one too haha.

I did say that G_Callen! Sorry if you only skimmed my post or it didn't make sense to you or perhaps I didn't sugar coat it to your liking... I thought I was clear, but apparently not. Didn't mean for it to turn into "Battle of the Band" lol! Just trying to let everyone know there was a good chance at some overflow seating, that's all.

Good Luck Freddies! Hope you bring home the "W" for the MBC.

Easy Roy, as I do believe that is against one of the rules of the forum.

1. No name calling or threats towards other site members or student athletes.
2. No inappropriate language. If you wouldn't say it in front of a teacher or coach, don't say it here.
3. No false accusations or rumor-mongering (this includes blindly accusing private or public schools of recruiting).

Could either fit into possibly one or two. Its a gray-area, Either way, I don't want to see another one of your posts getting deleted, just wouldn't be the same without you.

Its A GARBAGE decision but the Generals won't be contained no matter where they played..they could go play in Texas and people would still follow! and yes Ridgewood has like won in state 20 some years in a row in Band..SO GO BAND!...Might not be the complete pride of the generals but their pretty close!

Nope..doesn't break the rules..no need to delete it. You can complain all you want..follow the rules..and you'll have nothing to worry about. If you don't like it..sorry..we can't please everyone. Most want to talk football..not garbage..you want to talk garbage..I know of a good site that charges you for that.
