Best of luck Big Red...

Dover had some chances to take this game in the second half, but you guys came up with the stops...

Only having 9 yards offense in the first half kills at this level; but, to only be down 7 at the half kept this game interesting...

I am proud of you Dover - especially the seniors! There is nothing to be ashamed about...

To the underclassmen, take from this and learn and grow - you can definitely make it back to this level next year, and possibly beyond!

Ya, Big Red's Oline dominated. That was the difference. I wish Dover would have thrown more downfield passes. I hate when we keep running the QB draw and those bubble screens time after time when its obvious that Big Red is daring us to do something else. Big Red came in saying that Dover would have to beat us throwing the ball downfield. We did on two drives. One we scored our only offensive TD on and the other was the last drive of the game. Just very disappointed in the offense, I thought our dfense played prety good for how much they were on the field

Oh, and we should have onsided the kickoff when we got to kick from the 45. Even if Big Red recovers they have it at the 35, when a touchback gives it to them at the 20. 15 yard difference was well worth the gamble imo.

Chill there fellow Dover fan!! Unless you have won more games than Coach Ifft, hold on to your criticisms. We got beat tonight by a more physical team.

Cobgrats steuby. More talent + great coaching = a victory. If Dover wants to be a final four caliber team you can't let a team go 60 yards, under 2 minutes in the half with no time outs. If they want state wide respect they need to not go 3 and out after getting a huge stop down 6. And if you want to beat a team like big red you have to get off the field when you have a team in 2nd and 25.

Chill out? For what? For making valid observations of the game that probably everyone else on the Dover side made including the wrap up of the game by the announcers on the radio? Stube was definitely the better team but that doesn't mean Dover couldn't have went about their offensive attack a different way. The drive Dover scored on looked like a completely different drive than the rest of the game because of the aggressive play calling. If you can't run up the middle, you don't keep doing it. No one or myself has to win more games than Coach Ifft to voice our opinions of what happened tonight. He gets paid mighty well to do what he is doing and this goes with the territory.

Good luck the rest of the way Stube. I hope you guys get another trophy and I think you'll find more support from our posters than what we got from the NW posters. Your team earned it tonight so now go and kick some parochial ass!

Maybe thats the problem, a lot Dover fans are content with giving the best team a good game. I'm not. Steubenville was more talented I agree, but not THAT much more talented. Without seeing the stats, I'd say Steuby outgained us 4 to 1, yet we were in it all the way to the end. I'm not blaming the coaches for the loss. I went to 4 games this year, the playoffs and Philly. I sit up there and accurately predict about 90% of we are going to do offensively. If I can do it you think Big Red coaches can? haha, they knew what we were gonna do before we knew what we were gonna do. its all fine and dandy when ur playing teams u are more talanted than, which we were in every game we played this year except tonite

Are you people thick in the head? The posts get taken down because only 1 person is supposed to be doing them. That has always been the rule over there and most of you know it. The woman is not a bitch at all. She was only trying to defend herself after evrryone was told to stop posting and they didn't listen. How stupid are you people. Can;t stand it that a lady outshines most of you bozos, hahahahaha. She must do a damn good job if she gets recognition from ESPN radio. And it has nothing to do with it being a stueby thread, just showz what sore losers you are. Glad that Big Red kicked your sorry azzes. LOL 0 first downs in the first half, 9 yds offence. Total Big Red dominant. hahahahaha you;ll never be as good as the Big Red. Now shut up and go have a good cry. hahahahahaha

So you're going to trash the Dover team and the Dover fans who for the most part have been very gracious in defeat? Great job buddy - it really shows you're the bigger person.

No, just getting on the ones quoted for being azzholes. The stats are the truth. Sorry if it hurts

She does them every week and does a good job, better than most guys. I saw dfb go over on her thread last week and give her a hard time and he did it again this week. Can't help himself, must not get enuf attention at home. lol

Congrats to Big Red in a great win. Congrats to Dover on a great season.

Have some class and respect the boys on both sides.

I thought Dover played a much better second half and I do feel the better team won but, I can see how Dover made it this far.

Good luck to Big Red next week.

Big Red was flat out the better team tonight. Dover seemed like they were playing not to get blown out and Big Red wasn't doing anything special and moving the ball fine. I wish I could say I want the Big Red to win it all but on the 2nd to last play of the 1st half, Marcus was hit and had to leave the game for a play. While it was a good hit and the fans went nuts(on the hit) and thats fine, the loudest cheer of the night from the Big Red side OTHER than maybe when they won the game was when #7 didn't get up right away. Unreal. I had to bite my tongue as there were young kids around me but that was one of the most disrespectful classless things I have ever seen in high school football game...I thought I was in Philadelphia when Michael Irvin was knocked out. Good luck to the players

Talk and Jaw...that's all it was....Surprised by Dover's lack of offense. From al the talk I was expecting much more.

Draw's with that QB who was way to slow for BIG RED'S D, and those quick screen's over and over, despite no success.

Why didn't Dover take some shots downfield????

Bad game plan from Dover, great gameplan and execution for BIG RED. Shutdown Defense, like I said earlier this week!!!!

Roll Red Roll....Congrats on a successful season Dover.
