This is the first non OMG JIMMY G IS A HOF PLAYER take I have seen, “On Garoppolo:

I’ve never been a huge fan. There are certainly some positive traits. Garoppolo has a live arm and can whistle it into tight spaces on short and intermediate throws. He does not lack for confidence. He’s also incredibly good-looking and a decent athlete. But when he’s under pressure his most natural comparison is Brandon Weeden. Everything good goes out the window, save his handsomeness. It was obvious in New England’s preseason games. It was obvious when he played for Tom Brady last year before Jimmy G got hurt…which is another recurring theme for him.”

Risdon sucks, but I'll take it after a brutal couple of weeks.
He led the entire NFL in passer rating when he played for Brady last year, so not sure I️ agree with him that he was “Brandon Weeden when pressured”

Maybe he wasn’t great under pressure (who is?) but I️ doubt he was as bad as Risdon is making it seem.

Yeah for sure. Risdon also sounds he really wants to bang the guy, but not call him back.

I'm on the fence with him. I think he could be really good but his height and o don't think he has the absolute strongest arm concern me a little but the kid is johnny manziel with a work ethic and no drug problem lol

Interview with Gordon yesterday had me rolling. They asked him his goal and he said something to the effect of "I want to be the greatest WR of ALL time. That's ALWAYS been my goal."

Really, dumbass? I don't recall some of the greatest WR's of all time (Rice, Moss...although he could be a problem child, etc, etc) missing 3/4th's+ of their early career to drug issues. Yeah, you're really locked in/focused on that GOAT goal. lol

Coming into tonight opposing QBs had completed just 49% against TCU's D. Baker Mayfield hit on 67%, threw for 333 yards & the OU offense put up 533

Very interesting. I can confirm that former 49ers HC Mike Singletary was in town meeting w Browns brass last Thurs. Source didnt know exactly what position he was interviewing for but was def here on an interview
