So my question is why didn't Hue commit to this kind of running when kizer was in? Why did he insist on throwing every down?

I only have been able to watch 1 Kizer game, and now this Hogan start. Hogan is much, much worse. And he can't make simple throws, so how does he give them a better chance?

It’s a classic case of backup (hogan) coming in and looking decent because the defense doesn’t know who the fuck he is and game planned for the starter. Now that he was named the starter, and the Texans could gameplan for him, he’s looking like the trash he really is.
