Great contribution to the thread. Apparently you're like_that's multi account. lol fail.

Show me where bump stops are illegal.

Bump stops are an automotive part. Bump stocks can make a semi-automatic rifle fire at a fast rate, but measurably and audibly slower than a full-auto.
What does either have to do with the situation in Las Vegas? Answer: Nothing, you can't win on the facts so you create distractions.

People killing people is always a problem. I don't think anyone thinks this is ok.
Compare gun crime statistics to the past, and I would say it's less of a problem than it used to be. If you're going to complain and act like a gun control snob, I would like to hear your solutions. You're apparently smarter than everyone else on this topic, and yet you still haven't told us how all gun crime could be ended. Any thoughts on that, or you just want to cry about the 2nd amendment?

Pretty much this. He is going into the useful idiot routine googling anything that can support his stance.

You would think he could at least get the terminology correct, as it's there for copy and pasting.

.
All I'm saying it, AR 15 fans have options. They can legally obtain bump stocks or machine parts and illegally turn weapons full auto. It'll be interesting to find out exactly what type of weapons the shooter used.

Just to add to this, data shows there was more gun crime during the AR-15 ban than after.

You can also legally obtain materials to create bombs. So, once again what is your solution to end gun crime?

Much stricter laws, starting with who can obtain CCW, but the NRA and friends will never allow it. Sticker laws make it more difficult to obtain bomb making materials.
Thank goodness we don't have a NBA. (National Bomb Association)

Do you have a specific proposal? How would you tighten the law? Who can obtain a CCW now that you would prohibit? How would you then stop that person from carrying illegally?

Gun crime all together has decreased the past 20 years. Not sure how using data is generalizing.

Accuses me of generalizing; proceeds to generalize.

For one, if you've been diagnosed with PTSD from being a veteran, you can no longer have weapons.
The shooter in Vegas was not a veteran, btw. Interesting to note, he did have his pilots license and an Asian GF. Maybe that's the cause. (sarcasm)
Curious where he got the weapons.
“Not an avid gun guy at all...where the hell did he get automatic weapons? He has no military background,” gunman’s brother says.

That's a start.
How do you prevent the veteran from illegally obtaining a weapon?

Also, what if he already has weapons from his time with the military and he legally transfers them over to a "family member" or "friend?"

Great question but more specific; how to prevent anyone from illegally obtaining a weapon.
Criminals will be criminals but laws generally make criminal acts more difficult. All guns, legal or not, are too easy to obtain.

FYP. Also lacks the due process to be constitutional.
