Well, I've changed my stance.

We went to buy 6 shutters for our house. Nothing fancy at all just an addition to make our house look a little better in the winter time. We go to Lowe's and they have a large stock of cheaper ones in white, forest green, black and burgundy.....we need 2 pair listed at $25 each and 1 pair at $30.....but we needed brown. They didn't have brown in stock but was one of their 9 available colors. I ask the guy working if we can order brown in that style. He jumps on computer......$353 lol.....because me color wasn't in stock? I knew he didn't know what the heck he was doing. While checking out with other stuff I find a manager and get him on it and he goes to his computer and gets way closer to the price on the rack and can order for $130.

We go 2 miles down road to Menards and they have them in stock...no help needed and no wasted 30 min for $80
