I had First Watch for the first time in many years. It was a pretty solid BLTE and vegetable soup.

Toasted all wheat bread, sliced deli turkey, half of an avacado, Cheddar cheese, stadium mustard, with some Salt and Vin chips added to provide crunch. Washed won with a La Croix Tangerine. Solid lunch today folks.

About 8 wheat crackers with cucumber, smoked oysters, and brandade.

It was actually really good, but since no human alive can survive on that small a meal, I also came back home, put on some sweats and a T-shirt, and reheated some chicken before getting back to work.

Ran out of groceries so I had a large spicy chicken sandwich meal from Chick-fil-a and bought a couple of those Naked protein drinks for extra nutrition.

I almost wish there were a thread about just what you eat with daily updates. Would follow.

I saw something on FB about a guy that did the Appalachian trail doing 45 miles a day for 44 days and it had a huge log of all the foods and drinks he consumed....I thought about Goon the entire time watching the video scroll through

The wife and I have been going there for breakfast on Saturday mornings. My favorite is the bacado omelet - great salad greens, pico de gallo, and whole-grain toast with it.

Knew a guy who did something similar with his diet several years back. He owned/operated his own business while walking across the US barefoot, and he kept a picture log (Instagram wasn't big yet, but I think it was on Imgur) of all the food he ate during the trip.

I was oddly fascinated by the whole thing.

Was it an actual turkey sandwich, or was it just a piece of turkey?

Pickings were slim today - salad with lettuce and broccoli, and a hardboiled egg. I microwaved a few pizza rolls so I'd feel better about it.
