Squash pasta with a buttermilk garlic sauce. All homemade from scratch (had an hour to kill this morning before I started work).

LOL - was that Kentucky bluegrass, or a tall fescue? It does affect the flavor, you know. By any chance, do you write menu descriptions for restaurants? :D

Today it will be left-over Wendy's cheeseburger deluxe (always fresh - never frozen!), and half of a leftover Subway tuna sub, caught in mercury-free nets.

It is a hybrid, is a cross of Kentucky Bluegrass, Featherbed Bent, and Northern California Sensemilia. The amazing stuff about this is, that you can play 36 holes on it in the afternoon, take it home and just get stoned to the bejeezus that night on this stuff.

Today we're having a "Guac Off."

Guacamole competition. Prizes involved. We have 8 entries so far. I'm not making quac, but I am making chips via the deep frying of tortillas method.

SHOULD BE GREAT.

I think I am skipping lunch. I have to run a couple errands instead. One of them is to a bakery, though, so maybe I will find something there I want.

Lunch provided by my conference. I had a cobb salad, a quinoa cheesesteak, two grilled chicken BLTs, a spicy roast beef sandwich, a bowl of quinoa vegetable soup, bag of salt and vinegar chips, and chocolate chip cookie.

Whole wheat bread toasted to perfection, Stadium Mustard, Salami, smoked deli turkey, salt and vin chips for a crunch, 1/2 avacado, and pepper jack cheese. Sandwich was great.

Tangerine La Croix to wash it down.

Cooked up some mushrooms. I think this will probably be the last. All together I found 82 shrooms in my yard this year. I took ten that were a little dried out and ground up in some water and spread out over where I usually find them hoping it might produce more with the spores.

Yesterday I had Shorty's BBQ in Toledo which was delicious. Today was the brunch buffet at Mustard Seed in Fairlawn. They have excellent bacon.

One of my wife and I's favorite places--their brisket is excellent, and believe it or not, their wings are unbelievable!
