Berry was out of control and extended the forearm. Isn't a "player control foul" still a thing in the rulebook? I thought it was pretty clear.

Meeks definitely tipped that ball. Not sure how you can review it and not overturn that. Arkansas would have had less than a second remaining on the shot clock, but they should have had possession.

On the Berry drive, he did get bumped, but he also extended his arm and probably traveled. Absolutely no clue how it was a no-call. It had to be SOMETHING.

Survive and advance is the name of the game, but North Carolina has to stop losing focus. 30-13 lead and this NEVER should have turned into a close game.

I will give Carolina credit for locking down defensively and finishing on a 12-0 run. I honestly didn't think they had that in them.

Arkansas with 5 minutes of utter shit on offense. But goodness, The officiating couldn't have been worse in that timeframe. Good ole Broad Ripple Bo just ignoring a player getting trucked. It's a block or a charge (it was a charge, come on UNC fans). And if NOTHING ELSE he travelled.

Thought it was a travel, too.

But Arkansas blew that game. They did absolutely nothing in that final 5 min.

Wanna win in the NCAA tournament? Gotta close.

No team is more likely to lead by 20 and then lead by 4 than UNC

They survived and often the good teams thrive the next game or two after a game with struggle.

This Duke/SC game is crappy calls followed by make up calls. 1/2 the fouls called weren't fouls.

Is Thornwell the next Kawhi?

20-8 run by Arkansas to end the 1st half after Carolina led by 17. 15-2 run by Arkansas early in the 2nd half after Carolina led by 9. Zero timeouts called during those runs.

When your team has clearly lost composure, is playing in a complete panic, and taking horrible shots, a timeout needs to be called.

I know it's up to the players to execute and overcome adversity, but the coach is supposed to re-focus his team when they lose composure. Obviously Roy is set in ways and will never change, but it just pisses me off beyond belief.

Duke offense is doing nothing. Passing around perimeter till the shot clock is at 7 then crap. They need to get that ball in the paint

Duke comes out of timeout, Kennard shoots three pointer immediately. Good play call.

This is one of those cases where Duke advancing doesn't really do anything for me because so many people had them in E8/F4.

But.....I'm the only one in my pool with Baylor in the F4 in one of my brackets (don't laugh, it was a strategic pick - see the above), and only a few others a ways down picked them to the E8.

I hated this match up the second the bracket was displayed. Duke doesn't usually get an unfortunate draw but like Nova and some others....they got a bad deal.

I hate when they play SEC teams in the tournament.

South Carolina will suck ass like Virginia in the 2nd round during their next game. Easy prediction.

Now I'll jump on UC's bandwagon for the next 50 minutes and then I suppose Xavier or Gonzaga.

ACC is balls this tournament.

ACC got rocked. Don't think it says anything about the conference or regular season, but what a rough weekend.

Yeah, ACC is trash right now.

I don't draw conclusions or anything during single elimination tournament. But Jesus they haven't had a good showing yet.
