5 days until the draft, who's everyones picks for the first round? Either at 1 and 12, or who would you move up to get along with the first?

Mine would be 1) Garrett 12) Humphrey

Still say the Pats can go fuck themselves if they want a 1st, however I think if that really is their asking price the Browns can get it down to a couple 2nd round picks.

Even if they take all defense, I don't buy that part. In 2010 they ended up in the top 10 in defense and still ended up 4-12. In 2007, the defense was ranked 30th and they went 10-6.

If they get the QB, they have enough on offense to be pretty good. The defense will eventually catch up.

As far as Prisco's rumor about #12 and a 2nd for JG, sign me up.

So what are your worst/best case scenarios/predictions for Thursday night?

For me,

Worst: 1) Jimmy Boy forces the issue and the Browns take Trubisky over Garrett at #1. 2) Browns take Watson at #12 (or even trade up).

Best: 1) Somehow acquire Garoppolo without breaking the bank. 2) Load up on defensive studs.

There's an article on Yahoo where they interviewed Joe Banner. Granted, Banner is a self absorbed a-hole, who makes sure everyone knows when he is right, but in this piece, Banner said that when he was fired 3 months before the 2014, Johnny Manziel was not on the Browns draft board. "Too risky" and Bridgewater was their top QB.

I remember that they spent a ton on, I believe, analytics and it said Bridgewater was the guy they should take.

Of course, he could be lying about Manziel not being on their board but I actually believe him.

What this says to me is that Haslam got involved because Farmer supposedly wasn't a fan of Manziel either.

Shit like that scares the Hell out of me going into Thursday.

Best Case - Garrett at 1, and I'm cool with any non-qb (well not any but BPA here) or Trubisky at 12
Worst Case - Anyone but Garret at 1, or trading up for a QB

Garrett at 1, trubisky at 12 would be amazing but it's very unlikely trubisky falls out of the top 6.
