So what really happened here was a memo was used to manufacture an opinion piece - one that was inaccurate and incomplete at best - and presented as fact/journalism. Even when the FBI Director himself - the source of said "obstruction" - says it isn't obstruction. Congrats, you've just demonstrated that you believe Fake News if it says what you want it to say. Even CNN is walking this back (without going into the legal issues that don't support what people think it does). Sorry, I know how badly you want all of this - any of it - to be true....but the simple fact is Trump didn't have to do any of this because he could just pardon Flynn if anything happened to him.
