As they were up 17-0 and thinking to myself how Louisville rallied late and won in blowout fashion last week...I thought if they got up 31 I'd be comfortable. Well, they made it. Geesh

Punting with 24 seconds left is dumb. Houston needs to play smart and decent. I know Louisville has sucked and winning looks beyond dire but still no reason not to run 15+ more seconds off

This could turn out bad if Houston can't run the ball for a few first downs.

Well done, running 34 seconds off the clock.

Houston needs to put together a drive here and at least take some time off the clock.

Any prayer at all to win this game and stay alive for a playoff berth and Louisville punting on 4th and 7 with 9 min left.
Way to understand how the clock works and risk vs reward. Pertrino is a dolt.

Louisville just isn't playing Louisville football tonight. lolIronman92;1825201 wrote:Man Jesse Palmer is terrible
I have hated Jesse Palmer ever since he pulled that "Stanford is as good as anyone when they play Stanford football" crap despite their multiple losses a while back.

Louisville was #5 and Houston was unranked.....how close will they be in the rankings? Houston with a terrible loss and another loss but have defeated Oklahoma and blasted Louisville. Louisville has 2 losses and blasted FSU. It doesn't really matter at all but I would be ok if Houston was higher.
I'll guess Louisville falls to #13 and Houston jumps in at about #18

I will say yesterday was shocking. I mean they crushed FSU and then lost by a yard in a last minute heartbreaker in Death Valley on a Saturday night.
But then they go to Houston and are completely overwhelmed and intimidated? What the heck happened

I'd be interested in seeing the viewing maps. Columbus area was pretty high I'd assume. I'd bet a lot of people in/around Columbus watched 1)hoping Louisville loses 2) Watching Mensa Genius Herman.Con_Alma;1825258 wrote:"Louisville-Houston: 1.8 overnight & 77,000 average streaming viewers - best overnight for a Thursday night CFB game in 2016 across all nets"

I was really really hoping ND would can Brian Kelly this year and throw a bunch of money at Herman. Even then I still think he would pick Texas but at least at ND he wouldn't have to deal with the crazy ass boostersBenny The Jet;1825264 wrote:I'd be interested in seeing the viewing maps.
