However, for people who drive in patchy areas or who have limited data, I can see plenty of problems with it. Serius provides a valuable service for a specific niche.
Do you have any details on the in-car wi-fi that Chevrolet is advertising? We have in car wifi available in the Dodge Dorango we just bought last year. It is expensive and does not work very well. It was $30 per month (or $20 per week) and they just raised it to $40 a month. We do not buy it all the time, but do buy it when we make the trip back to OH from NC for holidays. It does keep the wife and kids entertained. It is still tied to phone reception and goes out when we are going through the mountains of WV.
