gosh a ruddies, Disney had the resources to prevent this from happening. They chose to take the risk. Now they will pay for it.

Neg pub is worse than any financial lawsuit loss to Disney. The potential cash award, no matter the size, will be but a blip on the balance sheet after insurance pays their share.

I've only been to Phoenix once and it was pretty nice, although a little sandy/dirty. I'm pretty happy if I can swim in January. (Which we did in Phoenix)

WAR, except for the mountain areas and canyons, Arizona is flat, brown, and devoid of green vegetation. It's pretty ugly. A nice place to visit for a few days in the winter, but I wouldn't want to live there.

LOL. They didn't "choose" to take the risk.... they failed to forsee this happening, which in our litigious society means they'll be held liable. We are so accustomed to this that we look at this as justice or normal. That's why anybody with money or anything of value to protect buys insurance.

You need to visit Phoenix in July to get a true feeling.

Totally agree about not wanting to live in Phoenix. I would live in the mountains, in Flagstaff.

Ohio has better weather 7/12 months, fuck that humid heat May-Sept, prefer Ohio in April and October.

I have lived in both places and I'll take Ohio any day over Florida. Really the only things bad about Ohio compared to Florida is no good beaches/ocean and it snows/gets cold. I'm young though so the cold never really bothered me that much.

Ohio is infinitely better than Florida, the state where you have hurricanes and shit in the summer and a mass influx of old fucks in the winter to go along with a bunch of swampland.
