I'm going with Reclegend on this that this year is one of the best ever. I forget when, but a few/several years ago was really crazy with a shitload of OT in the first two rounds. Bunch of buzzer beaters and just as many upsets but maybe not quite as many low seeds.

True. And if you said even 10 teams could win this year, only 2 have been eliminated (albeit before the Sweet 16!). A lot of wildness, but we could still end-up more or less chalk for 6 of the Elite 8.

Let's see how many 1's and 2's survive to the Elite 8 before we crown this the best tourney ever.

He was going across mid court to get out of traffic as he shot that shot...his plant step was that direction but he had to work to free himself. Also, the defender didn't jump at all on the 23 foot shot.

We are splitting hairs. It was an outstanding buzzer beater.

You'd get more satisfaction out of St Joes beating Duke.

UNC looks great, settle down.

Honestly, neither of these teams are gonna beat Duke, so I shouldn't really care.

Fair enough. I just feel like one is a lucky heave and the other is an incredible shot.

So, knowing what we know....who is coming out of the Midwest? Gonzaga looks like the best team. Syracuse with the chip on the shoulder, UVA star guard.

Still guessing UVA but Gonzaga very close.

Anyone think Iowa State?

If I had any power over this game, Oregon would be up 30 right now.

Virginia has burned me many times. Gonzaga has been impressive, but I feel like it will be Cuse....But then why are we discounting Iowa St?

C'mon Oregon...hold up the damn PAC 12 and give Duke a real opponent in case they win.
