I really hate when I say something on here, and then Classy says almost the exact same thing.
Really makes me question my existence.

Same for Kessler, who had a better statistical season (8 game comparison). Dont see you beating the drum to keep him as QB going forward.SportsAndLady;1832042 wrote:It was also his rookie year.
I'd trade our entire trash roster for Carson Wentz.

Would love to keep Kessler, he'd make a great NFL backup for 10 years!Commander of Awesome;1832053 wrote:Same for Kessler, who had a better statistical season (8 game comparison). Dont see you beating the drum to keep him as QB going forward.

You need a QB in the NFL?!?!?!Classyposter58;1832048 wrote:Browns fans are so unbelievably dumb and this thread shows it. You. Need. A. Quarterback.
Cleveland in that division will never make the playoffs until it gets one. Look at Oakland, they get David Carr and the turnaround happened fast. Denver has pretty much everything back from a SB team yet because they had no QB they miss the postseason entirely

I'd take Kizer over Watson--just seems to have more of an upsideimex99;1832151 wrote:So, do they take Watson?

This. The Watson you saw in the first half will most likely be the Watson you'll see in the NFL. Missing open open receivers and looking flustered.SportsAndLady;1832183 wrote:No thanks on Watson

Watson was god awful against the blitz and always has been. his receivers bailed him out a lot the last 2 drives. No thanks. That's exactly why I'm high on Kizer. He has very good numbers against the blitz

I'm actually hoping some dumbass team like the jets or niners take Watson in the top 5 and Kizer or trubisky falls in our lap at 12

Don't like Watson's size. Do not want.

Watson would be the pick if he comes with a side of Mike Williams and Everette to catch all his awful throws. He had like 5 on target throws all night.
Great college QB though

This, never impressed with him. Not to go all sleeper here, but I wouldn't take him in the 3rd round.Laley23;1832193 wrote:Watson would be the pick if he comes with a side of Mike Williams and Everette to catch all his awful throws. He had like 5 on target throws all night.

This is eerily similar to what I said when the Browns selected Manziel..."is Mike Evans coming with him?"Laley23;1832193 wrote:Watson would be the pick if he comes with a side of Mike Williams and Everette to catch all his awful throws. He had like 5 on target throws all night.

Watson's beat feature is his grit and toughness.....he'll probably last longer and be better than we expect....but he won't be a very good QB for long, if any. Great college QB

Drafted in the 20's/2nd round? Sure. Or were you wanting to spend the 1st or 12th on him?slingshot4ever;1832278 wrote:Give me the UNC QB

I really don't see 1 QB worth a 1st or 12th pick for. I'd solidify the lines first and foremost. You could put Rodgers behind our line and he'd look like crap. Just my opinion.

Hasn't Rodgers had a shitty line almost his entire career (outside of this year where they've been pretty good)? Including the year he won the super bowl?Benny The Jet;1832347 wrote:I really don't see 1 QB worth a 1st or 12th pick for. I'd solidify the lines first and foremost. That's a pretty asinine comment. If we get an elite QB, we don't NEED a Dallas Cowboys line to do well.
However, if we get a Dallas Cowboys line, we still need a decent QB to do well.
I'll take the QB at 1 or 12.
