I'm warming up to the idea of getting an existing NFL QB to come here for a few years and start drafting some mid level guys to groom. If we get 2-3 qbs in the 2-4th round range, gotta think one of them turns into something right?

And at least with a decent QB we will be tolerable for a couple years. That'd be nice.

The only thing that worries me is he will take time to develop due to playing in the shot gun every snap and actually reading a defense.
