They need a corner in addition to having Haden healthy.
SD up early.

This is one of the worst defenses I've ever watched. No name running backs getting 5 yard chunks at a time. Bademosi is horrible. And our receivers can't hold on to anything. Manziel looked decent, but not much good to take away from this

The best part of today is that we move up to #2 draft spot

Manziel didn't play too horrible, for going against the Seattle D in Seattle.
But it's not like you're coming away from this game with huge optimism for the guy. His ceiling is being an average QB. I'd rather draft a QB with our top 5 pick.

Tennsese plays Weeden & Hasselbach the next two weeks, looks promising.Al Bundy;1770570 wrote:The best part of today is that we move up to #2 draft spot

Manziel is straight garbage and he proves it after the fluke against a trash tier SF team last week.
Hopefully the Browns wise up and cut him before the season ends. Let him go rot on the Cowboys or some other shit team.

Quite possibly one of the worst years ever for a QB. I believe McShay was on Mike and Mike and mentioned that many GM's don't have any of them rated within the top 2 roundsSportsAndLady;1770571 wrote:Manziel didn't play too horrible, for going against the Seattle D in Seattle.

I hope they don't reach for a qb with their pick. They need almost everything. Take the best player available unless that player is a left tackle.Classyposter58;1770633 wrote:Quite possibly one of the worst years ever for a QB. And the one year they ARE in a position to grab that guy, the talent may not be there.Al Bundy;1770639 wrote:I hope they don't reach for a qb with their pick. They need almost everything. Take the best player available unless that player is a left tackle.

There will be a QB this year.
Every year around this time people say this.
A QB will emerge during private workouts and the combine. Browns should take him.

And even then, joe Thomas has regressed. Heard from a few sources that he has requested a trade because he is sick of the revolving door at qb. I don't listen to radio but it was on the radio. We need a mauler at left tackle, someone that is mean. Joe is too nice.Al Bundy;1770639 wrote:I hope they don't reach for a qb with their pick. They need almost everything. As usual, thanks for bringing NOTHING to the party, retard. Like death & taxes, it's a given that if you see Durkie was the last poster on a thread, it's something stupid & meaningless, with no value to the actual topic.DeyDurkie5;1770677 wrote:And even then, joe Thomas has regressed. You're right to an extent, but some years you're left choosing between EJ Manuel and Geno Smith. And if that's the case, I hope we pass on QB.SportsAndLady;1770642 wrote:There will be a QB this year.

Agreed. If most of these scouts coming in with Lynch & Goff (assuming they stay the top 2) as projected late 1st/early 2nd rounder's, I don't want them grabbing someone with a top 2 pick.HighRoller74;1770681 wrote:You're right to an extent, but some years you're left choosing between EJ Manuel and Geno Smith. I do! Even if they're 6th roundes but the best in the draft, we gotta take them at 1! /BR arguing with no oneBR1986FB;1770682 wrote:Agreed.
