I agree with this. Lebron has a 15-0 playoff series record vs the east the past 5 years. If he stays healthy, nothing that's happened this offseason leads me to think that streak is close to ending.sleeper;1739906 wrote:Just the Cavs. Bulls won't do anything until they trade or cut D. Rose.

Hornets got Kaminsky and Lin so it'll be them and the Cavs in the ECF. Duh.

I read a "rumor" where Golden State may try to do a sign & trade for Durant next year. Klay Thompson would likely be part of that deal.j_crazy;1739894 wrote:If Durant goes to Washington you gotta put them in that conversation

No chance. I think Durant either re-ups with OKC or if he leaves he goes back to his hometown of DC.BR1986FB;1740192 wrote:I read a "rumor" where Golden State may try to do a sign & trade for Durant next year. Klay Thompson would likely be part of that deal.

Sorry BR, but the websites radio shows you frequent for sports news are awful.

I don't "frequent" any sports websites. That shit popped up on the side of my Facebook newsfeed yesterday. It wasn't the exact link I saw the Durant rumor from. The initial link I saw that rumor from was a Bay Area newspaper. Once Durkie made his smartass comment, I Googled "Durant to Golden State" and that was the first site that came up. There were plenty other links reporting this rumor. That was just the first link I cut & pasted.GOONx19;1740270 wrote:Sorry BR, but the websites radio shows you frequent for sports news are awful.

To be fair to BR, the link he posted was an aggregate that contained this link to the San Mercury News story http://www.mercurynews.com/warriors/ci_28433394/kawakami-stephen-curry-and-free-agency-summer-2017?source=rss%22%3Ehttp://www.mercurynews.com/warriors/ci_28433394/kawakami-stephen-curry-and-free-agency-summer-2017?source=rssGOONx19;1740270 wrote:Sorry BR, but the websites radio shows you frequent for sports news are awful.

The two times(even though a copy/paste brings me three quotes) that Durant is mentioned in the Mercury News article.
Who would't love to have KD in a sign-trade deal? Doesn't mean they are going to try to.
Yep, the 2015 NBA big-ticket free-agent festivities are just about over. And what do we do now?
And...How about: An entire year talking about Kevin Durant's free-agent decision next July--and yes, the Warriors would love to be a featured part of the Durant discussion as a possible sign-and-trade destination.
We shall see about all that as the weeks and months churn on.
But if the Warriors somehow land Durant next summer, that surely won't be an impediment to keeping Curry, winning championships, extending a dynasty or anything at all.

I don't care if Durant's mom is the one dropping hints. It's a fucking year away.

Pretty good interview with Griffin on the offseason so far:

Any fear Kevin won't be ready for camp?
"None. We think we'll have everybody healthy for camp."

I assume nothing will be completed until after we complete the Haywood trade.

I doubt we trade Haywood by the Aug 1 deadline. He is most likely going to be a TPE.HighRoller74;1741422 wrote:I assume nothing will be completed until after we complete the Haywood trade.

That's what I figure as well. But, still think we wait until 7/31, just incase something big pops up that we can get in on. Which is why I doubt we see much movement on the TT/Delly/JR front until thenlike_that;1741442 wrote:I doubt we trade Haywood by the Aug 1 deadline. He is most likely going to be a TPE.

Welcome to Cleveland Richard Jefferson.
Mavs were set to re-sign him. Didn't happen.
