Last night still feels like a dream. I was going crazy as the game came to an end, but I calmed down pretty quickly and it seemed like I was just in disbelief. To finally see Cleveland win a championship is just such a satisfying feeling, but it's like I can't even comprehend it after all the heartbreaking things Cleveland fans have been through.

When the Cavs went down 1-3 in this series, I jokingly tweeted that they were gonna win three in a row, finish this thing off in the most "un-Cleveland" way possible, and reverse the curse. To see it actually happen is just the most amazing feeling. Let's hope that this is just the beginning of many more great things to come for Cleveland sports.

Stephen A literally has been the only guy saying this, despite the fact Lebron just said the cavs are setup for longevity.

Well, there's a lot to talk about but I'm extremely hungover from all the champagne last night.

I'll try to keep it short with 4 main takeaways.

#1) "The Block" needs to go down in Cleveland history. I know the 3 from Kyrie was big and put the ultimate dagger to seal the championship but that block was simply the best block in NBA history. Lebron literally said I don't care if I break my entire body and die on the court tonight but you are not making that layup. What a player.

#2) The defense by Kevin Love on Curry at the end was amazing. Love showed up in Game 7 and while I will never agree that he was worth a max deal that game at least put him on the map for the team. I also will 100% concede that I was wrong and the K.Love for Wiggins trade was worth it. If Wiggins goes on to win 100 championships, the trade will still be worth it. That is the reality.

#3) Kyrie Irving.

#4) The salt from the Warriors is so tasty. Did they interview Klay Thompson? He has to be the saltiest player in NBA history right now. I'm still thinking about their comments after Game 2 and the smile on their faces; so smug and arrogant. Get rekt.

We did it. Championship. Never in doubt.

Also, the Warriors will never be the same. I'm not saying they won't have a good season next year but I'm no longer worried about playing them in the future.

Luke Walton is gone. Barnes is gone. Curry will regress(he has too, no chance he replicates last season). Iggy will be back but I think he's done playing at a high level.

They will likely lose some of their role players too: Barbaso, Speights, Ezeli, Varejao. I don't see them really being able to build a team with their lack of cap space.

As far as the Cavs, need to bring back JR as the highest priority.

I'd like to keep Delly but if he leaves it won't bother me. RJ is gone. I'd let Mozgov walk. I'd shop Love but I don't think a team will bite on his contract and give anything of value in return. The rest of the bench doesn't matter to me; Kaun, J. Jones, D. Jones, McRae, Mo. Williams. The issue is we don't have the cap space to sign anyone so it will be vet mins the rest of the way.

What vets are out there that would take a pay cut to play with Lebron?

Agreed on both points. Klay became one of my least favorite players on the team over the course of the series. Draymond is Draymond and acts like a douchebag to give himself an edge (IMO) but Klay just comes across as bitter.

One more takeaway:

Warriors only shot 36% from the 3. So while it seems like they hit every 3 pointer, they really don't. The Warriors play a risk game of percentages and in the long run the percentage always regresses to the mean. If the Warriors aren't hitting 3's their offense is bottom tier in the league. Contrast that to the Cavs who couldn't hit a 3 to save their life and how they are still able to generate offense.

That was the difference.
