Warriors remind me of the Rams during the "greatest show on turf" days.

Nice and appealing to watch, but flash in the pan regarding playing style. The code has been cracked.

From looking at his mental well being, he might realize that these Cleveland teammates are best for his sanity.

Does RJeff want a seat on bench next to Lue?

I hope RJ stays with the organization somehow.

You crack the code by attacking the rim. They rely entirely on spacing the floor and playing small but if you attack the rim you will get high % shots and will give yourself chances for offensive rebounds. This outweighs the 3-point barrage that comes eventually or in the case of last night doesn't come at all.

If the Warriors are going to put 5 shooters out there, they need one of them to defend the rim. Bogut was that guy and once he was out, the lanes were wide open.

There have been rumors that he will head toward LA to join Luke's staff. They are very close.

But it wouldn't surprise me at all if he stays on in Cleveland.

Reading some comments on various Warriors boards; they really think they had a shot at signing KD, Biyombo, Whiteside, Noah or Horford.

Also Curry is the lowest paid of the "Big 3". Only $12M/yr next year(contract year).

Pretty incredible but not surprising narratives coming out of BSPN:

Kyrie deserved Finals MVP.
Lebron still not a "top 5" player all time.

I'll try to keep it short with 4 main takeaways.

#1) "The Block" needs to go down in Cleveland history. I know the 3 from Kyrie was big and put the ultimate dagger to seal the championship but that block was simply the best block in NBA history. Lebron literally said I don't care if I break my entire body and die on the court tonight but you are not making that layup. What a player.

#2) The defense by Kevin Love on Curry at the end was amazing. Love showed up in Game 7 and while I will never agree that he was worth a max deal that game at least put him on the map for the team. I also will 100% concede that I was wrong and the K.Love for Wiggins trade was worth it. If Wiggins goes on to win 100 championships, the trade will still be worth it. That is the reality.

#3) Kyrie Irving.

#4) The salt from the Warriors is so tasty. Did they interview Klay Thompson? He has to be the saltiest player in NBA history right now. I'm still thinking about their comments after Game 2 and the smile on their faces; so smug and arrogant. Get rekt.

We did it. Championship. Never in doubt.

Kyrie deserved the MVP, EXCEPT Lebron led everyone in EVERY major statistical category. There is legit no real argument against Lebron anymore.

Kyrie was the 2nd best player in the Finals on either team. Nowhere close to the value of Lebron though; this shouldn't be a debate but leave it to ESPN to stir it up.

Also, can we talk about Curry? Disappeared entirely in the Finals and seems to have no real presence on the court if his shot isn't falling. No way anyone can argue he's the best player in the NBA right now successfully.

1 for 6 in the 4th....he collapsed. They wore him out physically. He couldn't hit his amazing 3's he's known for, he couldn't even shake Love at the end. He was faced by Kyrie on the biggest shot of the finals and in my mind Kyrie has taken Curry's place.

Honestly he was about the 8th most important player in the finals.

He really benefitted from a league that plays lax defense during the season and allowed him to get better looks. He is a fantastic shooter, no doubt about that and routinely hit shots most players would never attempt, but when the opponents starting locking down his true colors showed.

Great shooter, no doubt. Great all around basketball player and considered one of the best ever? No way.

8th is being generous.

1) LBJ
2) Irving
3) Green
4) TT
5) Klay
6) JR
7) Bogut
8) Love
9) AI
10) RJ
11) Curry

I have him at 11. Your unanimous MVP everyone!

In importance or 8th in how well he played?

Importance I would put him second.....as in his poor performance was very integral on how this series ended up, and the fact he flopped made him very important.

Just semantics I suppose.

He's my 11th best player in the series. In terms of importance, he's #2 right behind LBJ. He sucked, he choked, and he deserves every ounce of criticism.

After watching all of this after the series stuff...I can't stand Draymond but I think I respect him more than Curry and Thompson.

I don't know how people can root for that team.

Luke Walton is gone. Barnes is gone. Curry will regress(he has too, no chance he replicates last season). Iggy will be back but I think he's done playing at a high level.

They will likely lose some of their role players too: Barbaso, Speights, Ezeli, Varejao. I don't see them really being able to build a team with their lack of cap space.
GSW will flat out reload, THey will lose role players and pay for a big time center. THey need a big man that can control the paint. they bet cleveland next year.

Drove past the airport on my way home and there were thousands of cars getting off. Apparently there's 15,000 people at the airport.
