The age of smack talk and cockiness so many athletes can't keep quiet. WVU had to have confidence in order to beat a known superior team....but guaranteeing wins and stuff is just asking for a shellacking on national TV. Can't believe Huggins allowed for the possibility.

Oh well 104-56 will be fun.

Better be 30-9 after the timeout.

What's right is right. It was the worst call I've seen in a long time. Literally was a 15-footer.

Haha, no. I just made it up in his honor.

And West Virginia must have Kentucky right where they want them. Otherwise Daxter Miles looks like an asshole.

I know. I'm just picturing the screaming mom at a biddy league game yelling at the scorekeeper.

We don't have to go into each one (you can look it up if you want), but it's not as simple as "something happened 2 times, thus, it's guaranteed to happen again."

And I'm not a huge Calipari homer. I wasn't a fan of him at Memphis (JJHuddle is littered of posts I made in the past disliking his Memphis style), but he is what he is. And while everyone can question my objectivity (which I understand why), I honestly don't believe any cheating he does at UK is anything more than others do.

If being caught in the past means it's a guarantee in the future, then I'm guess you believe that Bruce Pearl, Roy Williams, Larry Brown and others will also be in trouble when they leave their current jobs?
Kentucky, a program that was barely registering as a title contender hires a coach who's left a scandal as his past 2 schools and all of a sudden are recruiting 5-star athletes like no other and competing for championships all on the up and up? LOL. Kentucky is paying their players and when they get caught they will be pounded into the ground by the NCAA. It'll make USC's sanctions look like childs play. Enjoy!

Wondering if Zona game will end before the UK game.

The officials are ruining the game even for the Kentucky fans at the game.

How did that official rule that Arizona ball? It clearly went off Zona right in front of him

Let's not act like the "trash talking" has anything to do with what's happening to WV. WV's offense has been pretty bad all year when they aren't getting turnovers. It's simply a mix of a strong UK defense and a poor WV offense.

This XU/Zona game is so sloppy that I'm convinced we are all just watching a women's game.

I loved the description they gave of him in the Big East championship: he plays like that 40 year old that shows up to the pickup game and takes everything way too seriously.

I want Xavier to win just so I can hear more about Stainbrook driving for Uber. It's basically the only Xavier storyline they have.

Kentucky looks pretty dominant thus far. West Virginia must have a plan to sneak attack them later.

Pulling hard for the state of Ohio right now. I deem Wisconsin to have the best chance of any team still standing to take down Kentucky. Unlike Arizona, they won't try to run with the 'Cats and beat them at their own game. Wisconsin possesses the star talent and the ability to control the tempo of any game they play in due to their superb protection of the ball.

Plus, it would be cool to see Xavier get back to the Elite Eight.
