They will bring in a vet to compete with him but I do think Geno will be the starter. I haven't completely given up hope on him and I think he could do well under Chan Gailey if the offense is closer to what he ran at WV. To be honest, I could see a lot of players looking at it as smart to go this route, as long as they're good with their money and aren't pissing it away on everything under the sun. Get paid and then get out before you've done too much damage to your body or pounded your brain into mush via concussions. 8.5 is a little too much I believe. I think the Cowboys offer of 5 or 6 million was a bad low ball offer.
