Just like Terrelle Pryor should have learned the tight end position...or if nothing else. a red zone split end if he didn't want to block LB's all day. Randal El make a lot of money in the NFL. Pryor blew his chance.

As for next year. I'm sorry...if Jones leads his offense to the national championship, he would be my starting quarterback next season. Don't know what the stats say...don't care. 3 huge wins as underdogs trumps anything JTY Barrett did. Jones' accuracy is a little better and when he runs, nobody wants to tackle him.
I can respect that opinion, even if I don't quite agree with it. I honestly don't think you lose much with Jones in there, if anything. That much is obvious, but his sample size is very small. Could he have done that throughout the year? Could JT have won big against Wisky or beaten Bama? We don't know. I will trust the coaches with the QB they put in, either way, we're in great position in Buckeye Nation.

I would love if we somehow keep all three... dream scenario.

Cardale keeps his new found focus and wins the starting job over JT (who sticks around knowing he will have the reins next year with Cardale going pro). Braxton Miller takes on a new role either as a WR/play maker.

If Jones isn't starting he is gone to the pros. Why would you sit the bench when you could be a 3rd round pick

Considering he has two days to declare that doesn't make much sense.

I wonder how far ahead of time you had to submit paperwork to the NFL for a draft grade?

I can see Barrett and Jones both getting plenty of playing time next year. As much as the QB runs in this offense, the backup is always very close to being in the game. Meyer did win a Championship with a two QB system.

Unless Jones makes a very quick decision to go pro....something he doesn't seem comfortable with.....he WILL be the #1 guy for spring practices.

For one JT Barrett is expected to be able to practice , but will be VERY limited....Braxton Miller will be even less ready to go than Barrett, and is not expected to be able to go until the start of season practices....all of this points to Jones being THE guy just on the basis of being the more physically sound of the three.

I read where people are saying Miller should switch positions. But my question is this, whose spot is he going to take on offense at another position as starter? They'll return Jalin, Thomas, C. Smith (not big on him), Wilson, and Dixon's healthy. RB is on lock-down with EZ-E, Samuel, Ball etc.

Meyer had to play 2 QB's cause both of them were 1/2 good.

Not to mention Noah Brown, James Clark, and Parris Campbell who are expected to be nice WR's. There's about a 1% chance the Miller would entertain the thought of changing positions.

Maybe he can return punts/kickoffs because I about have a heart attack with Jalin back there.

I don't see a problem. JT is a better passer than Miller, and a solid runner. 12 Gauge is the fucking man, cannon and bullying potential. Miller is odd man out there. If anyone should transfer its him. Though I hope he stays, bc Meyer loves to run the QB (for obvious reasons) and any QB is one play away.

Health is a huge consideration. Otherwise, there's a reason they were in a particular order.

Again, I reiterate...Meyer really didn't play a two qb system. Tebow threw a total of 32 passes that season. He played only in short yardage situations. 2 qb systems suck, period. I don't wanna see it. I don't think coaches want it, or like it. And I don't see Meyer doing it.

B Miller becomes an official "butt slapper" when players come off the field. He's damaged goods and won't make it through the entire season as a starter.

Barrett starts next season because C Jones declares for the draft and ends up going to a decent team like Chicago, Baltimore or (gasp) Green Bay to sit and learn behind the starter.

Because it sure as hell wasn't QB ability.
