Proper etiquette is to exit and hold the door for people behind you. It's not courteous making me wait to determine if you're just slow or a dumbass I need to walk around.

A turn only lane? If it's a straight or turn lane, then QQ more. Going around someone who drives slower than you want to drive isn't a dick move. Staying behind them and riding right on their ass is much worse.

This is only a pet peeve of mine when there isnt a car (or only a few) in the left straight lane. When there are 3+, and none in the right one...fuck that, Im going to be 1st.

I am a person though, who will pull halfway into the intersection to allow you to turn right behind me.
