Brent Sobo had us taking Shelton the LT from ND at 12 and DL Goldman at 19. And his number one target in FA is jerry Hughes. Hard to argue that. Fixing both sides of the line.

I had heard some rumblings about the Browns having interest in Suh in FA. No thanks on that POS.

I would take Suh any day over any of our d linemen. He would change that whole line. Just because he is a dirty asshole, doesn't mean he gives a half ass effort (i.e. gordon). We don't need to draft or sign Erica Womangini's all boy scout team.

No doubt he's good but rooting for him would kind of have a "Roethlisberger" feel to it for me. I know Suh may not "get busy in Burger King bathrooms" but he's still a dirty POS.

Because he stomps on people's legs?

It's not even 1% as bad as rooting for roethlisberger

The point is, after all of the shit I've given Steeler fans for rooting for turds like Roethlisberger & James Harrison, I'd feel a bit hypocritical rooting for the likes of Suh.

And I'm saying to compare Suh to those two guys is asinine.

Maybe Roethlisberger but Harrison? Both Suh & Harrison are repeat offenders when it comes to cheap shots.

Suh has never beaten the shit out of his gf/wife that's why I don't put them on the same level.

I was talking about on the field play. From what I've heard about Suh, off the field, he's a standup guy. Just don't like the fact he feels the need to stomp on people.

That's cool I just disagree. He might be a POS on the field but I wouldn't feel bad rooting for him because he stomps on people. Now if he beats his gf up that's a different story.

I will say that it's refreshing not having to filter through FW & Iggy's drivel on these threads.

Suh would bring some toughness to the Dline which we sorely need. I would LOVE to have him on the Browns. HE def should have been suspended for what he did to Rodgers though IMO. Not a wife beater, not a rapist. Not even close to rooting for Rapistfucker/Harison.

That being said, FAs don't work out 90% of the time, esp big name FAs. Wouldn't QQ over Suh/Hughes on the Browns but not giving my hopes it that happens or fapping if they do sign them.

Suh may be a dirty player on the field but he is definitely a class act guy off the field and always gives his full effort. I would take him in a second. Our defense could use a nasty feared guy on our defense.

That sounds like your problem lol. I'm all for assholes being on the Browns defense. What gets me with steelers "fans" is 1. They can't admit rapistberger is a scumbag and 2. They bitch and moan about dirty hits on their players yet they are the first to cream their pants when their players commit the same type of dirty plays (I.e Harrison's illegal hits, jerking off to Carson Palmer tearing his acl, or bowing down to Hines ward after breaking rivers' jaw).

If suh is on the Browns I would call a spade a spade for being a dirty pos with some of his plays, except if he gets a 70k fine for stomping on rapistberger. In that case I would gladly pitch in 10 bucks for that fine.

FYI I've got the thread renamed... working on pulling the posts from the last 3 games out into its own thread so that this one is only offseason (makes sense to create that natural break at end of season), yet can still keep the thread bans intact.

Lol I was arguing with a Steelers fan just the other day. He said Reggie Nelsons hit on Bell was dirty as fuck. I brought up the Hine Ward hit on Rivers and his argument was man he's a WR.

I would say both of those hits were good football hits

Take this FWIW. This guy is usually on the money, or close, but it is a blog site....

Yeah, I'd say that if you say either is dirty, you're basically a big ol' pu$$y.

They should keep this video to play on ESPN when they do their next dollar and sense show.

How fucking stupid. If a wide out is not top priority in FA it better be in the draft. Or hell even both. FA Cobb and draft White, or Parker not a fan of coopers size.
