Foles is still under a rookie scale contract, and I believe he was a 3rd rounder. So he wouldn't be making much, and it wouldn't hurt to bring him in. I wasn't saying the Browns would go after foles, I am just saying If I were GM I would make an attempt for him, especially since the eagles seem to be doing whatever they can do to get Mariotta.
