I believe it is Chuck Booms, 92.3's morning host with a raging boner for Manziel. I can't listen to them anymore but I always enjoyed their idiocy on my drive to work.

Not having a QB makes it harder to figure it out on offense than it does on defense. I don't want the guy, just playing devils advocate.
