This is exactly why it's not going to happen overnight. Everyone says things like, "pass the ball more" or "reverse the ball," but if it's a different style of basketball than you're used to playing, it's going to take time. I know when I was in high school, I was a good shooter, but I was very passive when it came to scoring because our coach was one of those "pass it 5 times before you shoot" kind of guys. When I went and played in college, I had to learn to be assertive and attack. It's a learning process. These guys will be fine. I remember there being some "words exchanged" between LeBron and Bosh early on too. It's going to take time, but the team is not a failure. The only thing that would cause this team to be a failure is if they never adjust and never learn to play together.
