Trick or treat was Sunday here. We barely had any, maybe 30 or so, which is way down from last year.

Main issue is that last year the neighbors all passed candy out, and this year none of the assholes did. So when people on the road coming up by my house would look down our road they'd see a bunch of dicks not passing out candy, and the one house that was (ours) is obscured by a hedge row on the corner. So, they keep walking down the cross street

My next door neighbor clearly gave zero fucks as he mowed his yard as the trick or treaters walked by, lol

In those 30 I still got every white trash example listed

People drop their kids off in my neighborhood. We probably had 300 kids last year. Police had to direct traffic. Pisses me off I may not hand out this year if I do it's kids my kid knows etc..

Nobody is "dropping kids off..." in random neighborhoods...this kind of BS gets started and everybody reinforces the lie.

Big Mirg can attest to this.

We quit handing out candy when our kids got too old to trick or treat. When we did, we absolutely saw people dump van fulls of kids off at one end of the street and pick them up at the other end. The van usually had Indiana license plates.

Always lvoed the teenage girls dressed as "goth"-a reason to look as sexy as possible and go door to door…..and then the ones that put on an oversize flannel shirt and holy jeans and were supposed to be a bum. The number of older kids that we didn't know and that didn't put any effort into it was pretty much why we quit.

I should proof-read my posts a little better.

In saying "Always loved", I was being sarcastic….but oh well-the other way is pretty funny….

Our Trick or Treat is Thursday night and so far, so good. None of my Halloween props have been stolen or vandalized (knock wood). I keep having a visual of some kid getting an "RKO' if they swipe my shit. LOL

I was disappointed last year that no one came and smashed my pumpkins around holloween. That used to be a tradition of the youth! I bet if there was a smashing pumpkin game ontheir phones they would be all over it!
