They didn't pick on him because he was handicapped..they picked on him because the group was pranking each other all summer long. Other than a bruised ego, the kid suffered no physical harm. Your time on the IFC trained you to be an apologist for cruel and heinous behavior. The “” around handicapped and your attempt to diminish the harm done to the victim, “other than a bruised ego, the kid suffered no physical harm.” Autism is a handicap. Having urine and other waste poured on you then having put on the internet can cause great psychological harm to any young person, even more so to someone who is handicapped.

^^^LOL...nobody said anything about it being "okay" ....This was the Cuyahoga County juvenile prosecutors findings as they charged the kids two weeks ago. The case has yet to be completed adjucated yet, but the parents of the victim are in full accordance with the charges.

The son has been degraded on the internet. The parents accused of making up the incident, of only being interested in money. Of course the parents want it to go away after being attacked from everything from their personal appearance, to lying about the incident to make money. All from you and others of your ilk who have done your best to blame the victim.
It is interesting that you put quotations around handicapped when describe this young man who has been treated at the Cleveland Clinic for several years for autism. But you do not place them around “friend” when describing his relationship with these 5 sadists. Who did they chose when they took their &#8220ranks” to a new level, the autistic kid. My wife works in Coldwater and she said it was a pressurized water hose he used and the victim was fully clothed at the time. So it was really "shoved up" so much as just placed against??? Just going by what she heard.

I wonder if that kid is still hanging out with them, and if they are still friends. That would tell me a lot about the how the people involved actually view that incident.

Yeah, pretty messed up. Know both families, dont really know the kids real well. WHen I first heard it I pretty much took it as kids just horseplaying around that went way, way wrong. What do I htink should be done? I would leave that up to the two families on the criminal aspect. School wise......expelled like I believe he was.

If this was in kenton, and the kid was a football starter.....I would suspend any sentence until after the football season.

From what I heard, which is 2nd or 3rd level hearsay, is that some pressurized hose they used to blow out things in shop class. They were cleaning and the one was messing around and stuck it by the butt of the other kid maybe up the shorts leg and the rest is history.
