Luckily that week i only got drunk a few times while cutting down some trees. i didn't get fired but a few other guys did. Moral to this story is a **** will always be a **** .

Night fishing along the Ohio river always is a invigorating event. Building a bonfire with all the tires that wash up on the beach after a high water keeps you warm . we bring along a couple of cases of beer ,and a bottle or 2 and some smoke and we are set.
The Carp literally take your hook with only a piece of corn on it. They are not hard to clean either once you kill the slippery suckers. We fish just a few yards down stream from the untreated sewer outlet that comes out hot and steaming in the chill of the night. For some reason the carps like to spawn in that area. What a voracious fish they are. One time we caught several of the carp in a large cooler and took them up to the city reservoir and released them to spawn. We only did it because we got yelled at by the local code officer for burning tires and throwing M80's in the river. The son of a bitch took our beer and gave us a littering ticket which cost my ass 300$. It was on like Donkey Kong after that. All we were doing was just trying to keep warm with the fire, and tires make a good warm fire ,they also get all the drift wood caught on fire rather quickly. The way I see it is we were doing his job because we were cleaning up the river bank. As far as the M80's we were throwing in the water,well we were just trying to bring some of fish up to the top. Anyways a month or so later they shut down all the city water and started a boil order out, because of our little stunt. anyways pay backs are a bitch. the next time i will find out where that DB lives and infest his swimming pool with all kinds of varmints like frogs and catfish and turtles and anything else I can think of.
Now we have to fish in another spot ,but it ain't so bad . It's dark and we can burn all the tires we want. We can park not far up the bank ,so it's easy to bring our party supplies down. sometimes we don't even fish we just get fucked up and build huge ass bonfires.
