Unless after toking, he grabbed the bong and started swinging it at any woman in the room like it was a medieval flail.

Idk if he was on the old site. I was making a point by saying he is the worst poster, whether it was someone who posted on the old site or posted on here. And their were a lot of idiots back on the old site lol.

I think you have to stop at 6'. Anything over 6' is definitely on the same level as domestic violence.

Not sure if your link said it, but I read this morning goodell has had 56 cases of DV and he has handed down suspensions totalling 13 games with the biggest suspension being 2 games.

Yeah, that was part of the intro to the case-by-case breakdown. I mean, with a decent number of them, there either were no charges or charges were dismissed and I'm not sure how the player's association would react to players getting hammered when there's no legal precedent for their suspension, but there are ones with actual plea deals (for probation/counseling) and punishments where the league either did nothing or just one game, which is just pathetic.

I haven't read through the whole list (about half) but I can't say I see a huge problem with the way the NFL/teams handled those cases.

The severe ones (punched, etc) the player was cut every time.
The ones that were bad but not severe (blocking a taxi, destruction of property, shoving, etc) got 1 or 2 games suspensions.
The ones where charges were completely dropped and/or the player was completely acquitted at times the league still suspended a game or nothing was handed down.

I see a bigger problem with the legal system not being harder on this crime and allowing "diversionary" programs when a man knocks out a woman.

They didn't include the ones where the teams cut the player and therefore the league didn't have to do anything. I read a few on there that had no official suspension because the team already cut the player and the player wasn't good enough to be picked up by someone else with baggage.

Not sure how anyone can be a fan of him, arrogant as hell and just a bad person all around. He does this before every fight though if you notice, it's all a marketing ploy to get people to buy his ppv and line his pockets.

The worst thing about him is all he does is play defense. Nothing more exciting than watching a boxer go for the decision every time

You have to be a troll. No one is capable of making comments this stupid post after post unless they're trying.

Well damn, I have my work cut out for me. They are setting the bar pretty high, er, i mean low.

But anyways......any word on when this would be effective?
I hope this doesnt dumb down the rules for pot when a crime is being administered like the doobie bros from the steelers. I think if a player is busted that way they should get more than the garden variety popping hot like Gordon.

If these 20 players get reinstated because of the new agreement, I think it will take so long to reach the agreement that a most of the players will have already served their suspension. Don't have a list in front of me but Gordon could end up being the only one of those 20 to benefit from it other than financially(unless these suspensions were not without pay).
