If Baltimore wins and San Diego loses, they are in. This is the only way Baltimore gets in.
If Baltimore and San Diego lose, you have at least a 3-way tie (possibly a 4-way tie if HOU wins)
If there's a 4-way tie between BAL, KC, SD and HOU...you eliminate San Diego as they were swept by KC.
There's then a 3-way tie between BAL, KC and HOU, conference record would apply. Baltimore is eliminated with a 5-7 AFC record. Houston and KC would win, but Houston is 7-4 and KC is 6-5, so the Texans would get the last spot.
The only way the Chiefs make it is if everyone loses and they finish tied with SD and BAL at 9-7, they own tiebreakers over both in a 3-team scenario.
