Both of those guys are just awesome. How many in a row did Kluber put down to end the game. No base runners from the 6th on. Gave up the last single in the 5th I believe...so at least 13. Maybe 14.

Good move unloading Masterson. Better move in not signing him to Homer Bailey type money before trading him. Tribe has had no luck in signing big ticket items. Hafner, Sizemore, and now Bourne and Swisher.

T-Bone...it was 13 in a row. Final stat line on Kluber was no runs on three hits. Hefaced one batter over the minimum. He struck out 8 and walked no one. Kluber only thru 85 piches, only one of 7 pitchers since 2000 to throw a complete game shutout at 85 pitches or less. He threw 69 strikes..and only 16 balls. That's right...16 balls the whole game... less than 2 per inning.
Probably the best pitched game that I have ever seen that wasn't a no hitter or a perfect game.

I would be suprised if Cabrera hasn't played his last game for the Tribe. Supposedly the BJs are offering a hot young prospect that is coming off Tommy John.

usually I only watch the Indians on offense to speed the game up because I only watch the replay here on the west coast. tonight I actually watched Kluber pitch because of the match up.

Sounds like Walters had some pretty good stats in the minors. 18 doubles, 5 triples, 15 HR's and a .300 average at AAA.
