I'm sure there a plenty of instances where good people do dumb things, but that's not my point. I'm saying that I personally can't fathom leaving my child in a car by accident, and IMO, it's irresponsible for a parent to do so. Are there scenarios where it happens and the person is remorseful? Of course, but that doesn't make them any less irresponsible in that particular situation.

I don't want to get into the whole debate about this... but I'm thankful for the longest time I did sports and now take a laptop home for my job that I always put in the backseat of my car... so now no matter where I go, whenever I get out of my car I always look in my backseat.

For that link that gblock posted... how the fuck do you walk past the passenger side that the kid is sleeping on 6 times and not fucking notice. I guess I can see someone just getting out and walking away forgetting but to walk past 6 times and not notice is just wrong.
