The whole TT team must be pussys. It seems like most of them are now supporting little crybaby James. Yeah Leach is kinduva eccentric with the pirate BS but must be a hard ass in practice and in the locker room. Absolutely nothing wrong with that...sometimes I think Tress could be more of an ass-kicker. But if kids think things could be easier for them they will take the path of least resistance everytime. Doesn't surprise me they've turned on their old coach now.

S. Florida did not suspend him they are checking into the situation to make sure they are not punishing an innocent man. If Leach is found to have done what is accused then S Florida will take action. They are handling things in a professional manner and not in a knee jerk idiotic emotional fashion.

I hope Texas Tech fades to obscurity like they were before Leach arrived.

Ironically, there are rumblings that Leavitt is leaving USF. It is appears it is mutual decision and he wil be getting a buyout. I have heard Mike Leach is a guy to keep an eye on to fill that position.

How fun was the Texas Tech athletic dept. when both Bob Knight and Leach were both on staff. Their SID better be one of the best in the business to handle those personalities.

Mike Leach with florida kids with no UM, FSU or Fla offers sounds just as good as Texas kids with no Oklahoma and Texas offers... he would steal some kids too.

Regardless, I don't get why ESPIN is trying to make this seem like he was put in the closet because he had a concussion. Leach put him in the closet because he was a backtalking stuck up bitch. No other reason... he just happend to have a concussion at the time. Either way after reading those emails the TT administration sounds like a bunch of stuck up idiots that didn't apprecieate anything Leach did for them. I hope Leach gets his money and lands at a good school. CFB is better with him.

I think there is a feeling in Tampa that they have reached their ceiling with Leavitt. They are appreciative for what he has done, they just do not believe he is the guy to take them to the next level.

Leach would be a perfect fit for the Florida talent. Not to mention he would be ecstatic to play in a stadium with a built-in pirate ship
