Noah was last year, and will continue to be, the facilitator of that offense. Just like Marc for the Grizzlies. It will take the pressure off Rose. Whether Rose will play along is up in the air. What I mean by that is, I can see Rose just going into Iso/Superstar mode and disregarding the team offense.

I think they should use Noah and Pau to initiate offense in the half court but Rose is ball dominant. Completely agree with your last point, he does that all the time.

Cavs will sleep walk to the #1 seed in the East. We will also sleep walk to the NBA finals. The problem remains, how do we beat the Spurs?

Chicago is terrible. Rose is the most overrated player in the league and he'll blow a knee out at some point during the season anyway.

At some point the Spurs age will show. If Kawhi Leonard can reach superstar status (top 5 level), then I think they're crazy scary.

They've been saying that for the past 5 years. I don't think Leonard will ever be THAT good, but he's still a solid young player. Hopefully Duncan retires before the playoffs.

But seriously, the Cavs will be scary good.

I don't think that will ever happen, though admittedly it could. I see his ceiling as top 15, top 10 maybe.

How much is Kawhi a product of that system? I think you could put a number of other SF's in his place and they would be just as productive. He's obviously a good young player though.

Chris Quinn joining the Miami Heat coaching staff. I know on the college bball forum people speculated that he would be a major D-1 head coach in 5 years. It very well could happen.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least, always was head and shoulders above everyone else when it came to the mental part of the game.
