Yeah I'm definitely on board with Ryan. There's been a few bad weeks but he's done a pretty good job making something out of basically nothing. I mean come on, Mike Furrey!
I can't believe it either this team was unwatchable in Nov. now I look forward to their games. Listening to Trivisano's thoughts on pre game he thinks Mangini will stay, Holmgren will hire a GM and a draft czar, we shall see.

We need a stud QB and I still can't believe we didn't draft a USC linebacker last year.

We did draft a USC LB, last name Maiava.

What a way to end the season. And mess up our draft pick! Oh well, 5-11 just feels better.

I agree, slingshot, great finish after 1-11! Now feel free to draft our home town boy, Tim Hiller!

DA proved why he is better than Quinn on the Browns last possession. 2 big 3rd down throws which kept the Jags off the field who started to score at will on the Browns.

Big MO is taking up residence in Cleveland for the offseason.

Who would have thought this team was capable of winning ANY game, let alone four in a row, following that putrid Chicago game? Were it not for the hose job in Detroit and the OT game against Cincy...if they figure out a way to win those two this team is 7-9 and not far from the playoffs. Yes I know that sounds absolutely insane given how this team played most of the season. That's about the best we could have hoped for with the talent level on this team, and is a testament to Mangini and the coaching staff.

Anderson is horrible and is nothing more than a backup.

Anderson is sometimes good at throwing the deep ball...that's about it...Quinn can be moderately successful in a WCO. This year draft Defense, and then next year, if Quinn still struggles to perform, draft a QB..

cincy used a strong finish in last season after a dismal season to propel them to the division title...hopefully the browns can follow their model and build on this momentum

My thoughts exactly. DA was a one trick pony, and once defenses figured him out back about mid-2007, he has been terrible ever since. The WCO requires a QB that can throw short and intermediate routes with accuracy with the occasional long pass thrown in. DA is the anti-WCO QB.

On top of a Browns win, what makes this day even better is that I am 99% sure I will never have to watch Derek Anderson wear the orange and brown ever again.

We won't.

Outside of a few picks not being where I wanted them, I think Cleveland did okay in last years draft. Some of the players from the trades have been productive, Mack has played like a Pro Bowler the last half of the season, and with any sort of QB play MMass and Robo will be good.
