Family members almost killed due to an intoxicated driver between 1-3pm (AFTERNOON!) and it was the driver's 7th violation. Not much was done beforehand with said driver. My wife and I have also let her brother know that our child will not be riding with him anytime soon due to his 2 DUIs in 1-2 years.

It's really not that hard to get a DD or just drink somewhere where you don't have to drive. I've been a DD since I was 17. I have been called at all hours of the day. All my friends know that I'm available to drive if/when they may need one. Sometimes I'm even paid with a 2am drunk cooking an egg sandwich because "it's the best egg sandwich ever."
