She almost killed us a few times, but I reached over and steered the car back into the right lane. Told her to pull over. She pulled over into a strip mall parking lot and parked halfway on the grass and pavement. Cops came about a minute later behind us and she had to say the alphabet backwards. I asked if I could get out of the car and he said ok. She got to "Z" and fucked up lolol. He goes, "Ma'am, you're failing miserably."
He said if she get back in the car, he would issue a DUI, so we needed a new way home. I asked him if I could drive us home and I was just about a mile from my apt. He asked me to walk a line to test me first, and I was able to do it fine. Said to be careful and sent us on the way. I asked for a note in case someone else pulled us over and he laughed and said, "nice try". lol
Ha. Classic asking for a note! 2 years ago a local cop let someone go who apparently passed the field sobriety test. Kid got into an accident within the hour and killed a couple of people. He and the dept are getting sued.
Had a cop almost try to bait us, well me, into a DUI a couple of years ago. Was attending a Jackyl concert in Ft Wayne at the old mall where there was a bar. I wasnt drinking..just to set it straight. We get there and get out of the car, others are pretty hammered. We didnt see many cars so we were standing around aimlessly. A cop came over to us and asked what was up. He could tell a number of people in the car had been drinking. Told them of the concert and he was like "oh, that is on the other side of the building, pretty far walk and you best to probably drive". The passengers all get into the car. The cop gets into his cruiser and sits there.
and waits.
and waits.
I tell everyone to get the hell out of the car..that we are walking and motioned over to the cop sitting there. We started to walk and once we got around the corner he left.
