I get the scoring argument, but to me, it holds no weight.

In baseball, the average game is like 7 runs I think. In soccer, it is probably 3 goals...maybe a little more or less (probably a little more). The time of a game is HALF of what baseball is, so scoring is about as even as you can ask for. Hockey would be slightly higher.

The argument that a run is on the line for every pitch in baseball is flawed as well. Every single attack in soccer can lead to a goal. Its the same concept. The concept that scoring is more valuable than in football or basketball. Its edge of your seat for that reason, same way hockey and baseball are edge of your seat.

If you dont like it, fine...you dont like it. Just dont bring terrible argument to justify why you dont like it. We dont care why, and Im not sure why you need to make yourself feel better by making fun of it.

I hope the USA wins, as always, but the game itself to me is awfully boring and I dont waste my time watching it anymore. Tried when the US hosted it.....but it didnt interest me a bit.

Trust me, its been 20 years of my life where people shit on soccer. I am used to it and couldnt care less.
