Those were the days boys, many a laugh I had at the banter. Still read on here from time to time. Should be a good game with hillsdale n waynedale this week. Hillsdale was getting wore out in the first half last week. Nice adjustments and better play pulled a victory at Smithville. If hillsdale doesn't show up to play this week, they may get smoked. Oh and one last thing Loudonville is for real. Should have a nice playoff run. Defense is legit. Not that it pertains to anything in the wcal, just wanted to throw it out there.

Hillsdale is the kind of team that could give the Bears trouble. Size with a power running game. Question will be if they came slow the Bears offense down?
Norwayne is going to be an epic battle. The Bobcats are smarting from being knocked out by the Chipps last year and the Bears last week. We will see if Chippewa is as solid as we think they are.
Should be another great Friday of football.

No turning back the clock, we're moving forward, or trying to. YOU can turn back the clock and live in the "past" if you choose, however the rest of us are looking ahead!

Maybe he's a good leader and role model...but he isn't a very good X's and O's coach. Waynedale should have easily won that game tonight.

Care to elaborate? I was out of town. I thought this would be a "W". Details?

The WCAL seems CRAZY this year sans Rittman. BUT at this point, I guess ya cant count out anyone?

I heard the Bears turned the ball over four times. Two inside their twenty that gave Hillsdale both their TDs. Another inside the Hillsdale 5. You are not going to win any games against a good team with that many turnovers.
The league has to be the most balanced it has ever been. At least I do not recall anything like this? The Dalton Rittman game is a bit of a shock.

Beast....Bears had a couple chances in the red zone, just kept throwing the ball sideways. Could have won on last play of the game. Had the ball on Hillsdale's 2 yd line with 1 second left. Threw it...incomplete. Lost 13-7. Turnovers hurt....but still shouldn't have been close. If something worked he never went back to it. Just kept throwing it sideways. Hard to watch.

What a game in Creston tonight! Bobcats gave it away with 5 turnovers. In my opinion league is the Chipps to take now.

Bar the door my man, from what I'm hearing you might want to fire up that Waynedale tread! Crickets will be heard. WACALFAN will be firing off soon, just let him get his spin on this one.

Dont even care. Im just a fan with an opinion.

He'll either hide or come out guns blazing.

Just correct me if Im wrong on that whole pass inside the 5 yd line plan that has backfired so many times and I will leave this sight forever. As a matter of fact...it was a game breaker a few years ago against HILLSDALE.

Wasn't at the game up in Crestucky, but what I'm hearing from those that were there Gun will not be blazing. You might not hear another pip. But that's just fans talking, we shall see. It is getting late and we have not heard from him, so I don't know ?????

I will never run and hide (as long as beast is a' spewing) and you will never hear crickets coming from over here.

Last night was a disappointing TEAM loss. There should be no finger pointing at one individual. Fingers should be pointed at the TEAM. I have always said on here that I believe the coaches job is to prepare his team and put them in positions that give the TEAM the best chance to win the game. Most of that is done during the week (practice) leading up to the game. However, they should also make adjustments during the game, when and if they are needed. The players job is to listen and work hard during that preparation (practice) and then go out a perform in the positions (game night) that they are put in by their coach. Last night, as a TEAM, we didn't get the job done. (Man, I'm starting to sound like a politician!).

That's all I got right now.......(crickets chirping:huh:)

Chipps withstood a 300+ yard rushing performance by the 'cats Jeremy Miller and still won.

It was a great win, the atmosphere was great on your side of stands, one of the most enjoyable games I have watched in a while. Good luck the rest of the season your team has a good shot at running the table an finishing 10-0. Has that ever happen in the history of your program? Will try to caught one or many of your playoff games. Again good luck!
