Correct. Alone, it's a "1". Lying about it makes it a "3". In the context of the BB gun and BK incidents, a "6" or "7", and an NFL GM starts becoming really concerned, even before considering the sexual assault allegation.

I've heard that the Publix he stole the crab legs from is a place known to allow Florida State football players free meals. Basically the players can walk in and get what they want from the counters and everyone looks the other way. Apparently someone actually said something this time and Winston is basically taking one for the team by not admitting they were getting the food for free.
