Hope everyone enjoys today ... The weekend is here

Any plans for this weekend?

Im finishing up the mulching, mowing the grass with my new x324, filling up the outside pot with potting soil, waxing the truck and cars, few other small jobs and do some grilling....

Have to stay until 4pm. My exit interview is at 3pm and I can't pick up my pay check until after 3pm. So that sucks but idgaf, working from home come monday

Did you have to work the 2 weeks?

I hope to get a nice paid 2 week vacation when I change jobs but I doubt my employee let's that happen.

This place is dog shit, they don't pay out for unused vacation and you're not allowed to take time once you give notice. If you get paid leave, calculate how much and take that much time off before starting your new job

That's exactly how my company operates. If just start new job several weeks in advance and use up as much vaca time as possible.

I have visions of giving my two weeks notice here, but still no luck. Job searching sucks.

Fuck that shit. Even my old employer (which sucked) paid out my vacation after I left. I wanted the time off instead of having it pay out, but at least I got something out of it.

If I were you I would've just left.
