However, you need someone other than OUPS (they won't come on private property) to come out and locate any under ground lines...because based on your drawing you will probably encounter some. You have to hand dig 3' on both sides of those.
A walk behind trencher will set you back $200. I just put 2 in for our ball fields, material will cost you less than $500 (we ran about 400' of water line for that much).
Dont believe that is true. I know for a couple places I worked for we would call and request OUPS to come out and do a locate on their lines even in private property. Pretty sure they had a campaign about it.
