Cavs need some experience, some veterans. Who is going to lead the team on the floor?

If the Cavs would come away with anything Less the 6, 8, and Sullinger, i'd be pissed.

Not saying that I'd even take that deal. But I'm not even picking up the phone for anything less than that.

Agreed. You have the top pick in the best draft since the lebron draft. You have all the power. You get exactly what YOU want or you keep it.

a player not wanting to play for a certain team makes 'em a bitch boy? If you have almost every team in the NBA that'd like to sign you ,why not go somewhere you'd like?

Yes. "BOOHOO, I'm going to be a bitch boy who only wants to play for LA instead of being a tim duncan type player who wants to build where I am". This team isn't good yet (hence why I was a lotto pick) but don't want to put in the time and effort to make it great, even though I'm a china doll who can't/wont play defense. In that regard I wish NBA was more like NHL.

So if you had the choice of employers you wouldn't pick the one you like the most?

NBA and modern normal day employment isn't the same. When you're applying to jobs, you talk to what? At most 3 that are willing to offer you the ability to work there. It's just not same at all, lolfail on you trying to compare them.

Yes you talk to a few and you pick your favorite one ,or whoever suits you the best for the job and the location you'd be living

So because he's a professional athlete he shouldn't have a choice on where he signs to play? This is just you having hurt feelz he shunned Cleveland

And if you have a skill set as unique as his obviously you're going to have more options, even if you're not a pro athlete

Whenever somebody tries to compare professional athletes to real life employees it brings the lulz.

Saw someone said the cavs have talked to teams about what the 4 and 12 picks could get them from other teams. Those are Orlando's picks.

I think that's a great trade for the Cavs. Possibly getting Embiid at 4 and could grab another very good player (who probably would've been top 3-6 caliber last year) at 12.

I'd rather just take Wiggins.

This. Echoing my point:

@SamAmicoFSO: Yahoo Sports reports Cavs-Magic deal none close. Good for Cavs. Superstars win in NBA. Magic have none. Draft one. Quality over quantity.

Well, Aaron Afflalo isn't coming to Cleveland. Done deal sending him to Denver for Evan Fornier and a 2nd round pick.

Good. Also what a joke media was acting like he was good enough to make a play for the #1 pick.

The media isn't held accountable for anything (see chad ford). Are you surprised?

I'm thinking we have been blowing smoke to everyone, and the pick is and always has been wiggins.

I want wiggins. Won't be too pissed if they take Parker or pull off a great trade. Don't want to imagine anything else happening.
