Should have been called safe at 3rd -- Frazier was blocking the path to the base without the ball. Even worse than the Pirates catcher was called for yesterday.

Reds will have Phillips, Votto, Ludwick due up in the 9th down at least 2 runs.

Not the first time the meat of the order has had a chance to bring them back/win a game in the 9th. They haven't done it yet.
